The purpose is to provide a foundation for the Why questions, and getting to First Principles. The detail level is sufficient to justify requirements but also specific enough to define future requirements.

Use Cases

Camping:

  • Rural destination, travel required
  • Overnight, all-weather accommodation
  • Go completely off-grid, or use shore power
  • Typical use is local 1-3 nights, 3-4 times per year non-local

These are similar:

  • Little or no local infrastructure, no power, no toilet sometimes no cellular
  • Place to rest and relax during a long or delayed event
  • Some parking will not be on improved surfaces, AWD will be handy
  • Parking may not be level making sleeping more difficult
